Memphin is a personal contacts manager built with privacy at its core. Your data stays on your device. There is no server, no account, and no tracking.
All contacts, notes, and relationship data are stored locally on your device using encrypted on-device storage. We never have access to your data, and it is never transmitted to any server.
Memphin does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that collect usage data. We do not track how you use the app.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party. Your information remains entirely on your device.
Memphin uses UserDefaults to store basic app preferences such as display settings. These preferences remain on your device and contain no personal data.
Memphin uses Apple FoundationModels to provide AI-powered features entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services. All processing happens locally.
If you grant permission, Memphin can import data from your device's Contacts and Calendar apps. This import is performed locally. The data is never uploaded or shared.
Memphin offers a user-initiated, password-protected encrypted backup feature. Backup files are created locally on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or any cloud service by Memphin.
If you choose to send feedback through the app, your message and any optional screenshots you attach are sent to support@memphin.com. This is entirely voluntary.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the Memphin app removes all your data. There is nothing to delete on our end because we never had it.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy, contact us at support@memphin.com.
