By downloading, installing, or using Memphin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Memphin is a personal contacts manager for iPhone. It is designed as a local-first application — your data is stored on your device, not on our servers. We do not provide cloud storage, syncing, or account-based services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups you create. You agree to use Memphin in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Memphin offers an optional paid upgrade (Memphin Pro) available as an in-app purchase through Apple. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Memphin includes AI-powered features that run entirely on your device using Apple FoundationModels. These features are provided for convenience and informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
Memphin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Memphin and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
You may stop using Memphin at any time by deleting the app from your device. Since no account or server-side data exists, deletion of the app constitutes full termination.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Memphin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
